The website and its content, including the HairVen name, logo and monogram, text, design, photographs and videos, belong to HairVen or are used with permission. You may view the website for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without HairVen’s written permission.

Photos and videos in the portfolio show HairVen’s hairstyling work and are shared with the permission of the people pictured. Images and videos may be colour-corrected or edited for presentation. They are provided for inspiration: results depend on factors such as hair type, length and condition, so your result may differ.

You may not download, reuse or repost portfolio images or videos without HairVen’s permission. If you appear in the portfolio and would like an image removed, please contact us using the details below.

HairVen aims to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or become out of date, and styles shown may change. HairVen may update, change or remove content at any time. The website may occasionally be unavailable, and HairVen does not guarantee that it will be available at all times or free of errors.

The website links to third-party platforms, such as Instagram, and uses your device’s phone and messaging apps when you choose to call or text. These platforms are operated by others and have their own terms and privacy practices. HairVen is not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

The website does not provide online booking. You can enquire about an appointment by phone, text message or Instagram. Contacting HairVen, selecting a look in the lookbook, or sending a message through any of these channels is an enquiry only and does not create a confirmed appointment.

An appointment is confirmed only when HairVen confirms it with you directly. Your preferred style, timing and other appointment details are discussed and agreed with HairVen at that time.

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HairVen is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or its content, or from your use of third-party platforms linked from it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited, under applicable law, including consumer protection laws.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute relating to the website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
